No shipping is charged on orders where no physical product is shipped (for example, Transcript, Certificate, or Certification-only orders). You must select a shipping method on checkout, but shipping charge will not be included in your total for these orders.
Please note: our shipping service sends orders out promptly. Quoted delivery times are provided by the US Postal service, but are dependent on carriers, customs, and other factors beyond our control, and so are approximate. Orders will be deemed lost and replaceable after 28 days (domestic US) or 60 days (out of US).
*- Note: very occasionally, some International orders may require additional shipping; we will notify you before shipping if an additional fee is needed. If your order is large, you live in a country with high shipping rates, prefer a different shipping method, or for any other reason would like an international shipping quote prior to ordering, please email us or call us at +1 303/499-8811, letting us know the delivery address and items/quantities you're interested in.
