Regular (but largely optional) community activities/amenities include: community events, holiday celebrations; meals; house concerts; gardens, community-supported organic agriculture and greenhouse; workshop, exercise room, office space, meeting rooms, 35 acres of private land surrounded by designated Open Space and miles of trails; etc. Balance of privacy and community; great neighbors; quiet ambiance and location. Interest in participation in the community is essential (please follow links below for more information on responsibilities and participation options).

2 rooms, w/separate entrance and kitchenette (together w/hallway, closets and accessible bathroom, totalling approx. 330 sq ft), form a separate and reasonably quiete suite in our home.

$850/mo rent includes: full RTD bus pass; all utilities; wireless high speed Internet. Coin-op laundromat available at nearby Common House. Security deposit, credit check, employment and banking references required. Lease through July 31st (renewable).

No smoking, no loud music or TV, no synthetic scents, eco-cleaners only please, and no pets.
