I felt the things taught were very relevant to the class learning and I’m glad to have some things to share with clients to alleviate chronic hand to shoulder issues. I was reminded how the loosening in the hands/wrists will help with the shoulder tightness and while a lot of these were shown while kneeling on the floor, I look forward to being able to do some of the loosening things especially with the added arm movements and stretching of the back and chest between my client work.
