This comprehensive online course offers over 11 hours of in-depth instruction in deep tissue and myofascial release techniques. After receiving numerous requests from therapists who appreciated the first course, but faced challenges incorporating the therapeutic philosophy and techniques into their practice, Art Riggs created this second volume.
The course takes participants through a full-body sequence, beginning in the prone position and progressing to supine, with a dedicated section on the essential side-lying position. Emphasizing smooth and continuous massage, this course places less focus on biomechanics, while providing detailed guidance on strategies, techniques, and anatomical insights from the first course, with a stronger focus on practical, hands-on techniques.
