A Unique Movement Dialog

In this special collaboration, we’ll apply Zoga Movement principles to the hands-on Advanced Myofascial Techniques work specifically designed to supplement Til Luchau's manual therapy courses. Zoga is a stretching and strengthening practice based on yoga asanas and Structural Integration principles. The human body is designed to have a full range of motion, and the assessments and therapies of Zoga are specifically designed to increase the gliding movement between myofascial layers of the body.

Four 90min Meetings, every other Monday

First class ("Round A") will be held twice: on Sept 10th & 14th. Come to either or both
11am PT, 12pm MT, 1pm CT, 2pm ET, 7pm UK
